Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the planning and execution of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects.
• Develop project schedules, resource planning, and material procurement strategies.
• Coordinate with design, production, and execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Optimize fabrication and erection plans to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Monitor project progress, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely completion.
• Implement best practices for process improvements and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in PEB projects.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Maintain documentation of project reports, schedules, and performance metrics.
• Lead and mentor the planning team to achieve operational excellence.
