Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hydraulic systems used in steel structure manufacturing processes.
• Ensure optimal performance of hydraulic presses, bending machines, shearing machines, and other heavy fabrication equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize breakdowns.
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for hydraulic failures to improve system reliability.
• Monitor hydraulic fluid conditions, leakage control, and efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure seamless plant operations.
• Maintain documentation of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and best practices.
• Lead and train the maintenance team to enhance technical capabilities and efficiency.
