Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to promote transmission tower structures to utilities, EPC companies, and government departments (Power Grid, State DISCOMs, etc.).
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Manage end-to-end bid/tendering process including vendor registrations, pre-qualification, pricing, and submission of technical & commercial bids.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Estimation, Production, and Dispatch) to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine sales strategies accordingly.
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings to promote the brand and offerings.
Ensure timely collection of payments and manage customer accounts efficiently.
Achieve annual sales targets and contribute to organizational revenue growth.
