**Job Title: Store Officer Executive - Solar Project Execution**

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Inventory Management:**
  - Maintain accurate records of all materials, equipment, and tools.
  - Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary to avoid project delays.
  - Conduct regular physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy.

2. **Procurement:**
  - Source and purchase materials and equipment required for solar projects.
  - Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.
  - Ensure timely delivery of goods to meet project schedules.

3. **Logistics and Coordination:**
  - Coordinate the transportation of materials and equipment to project sites.
  - Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage or loss.
  - Manage the distribution and allocation of resources to various project locations.

4. **Documentation and Reporting:**
  - Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, returns, and transfers.
  - Prepare and submit regular inventory and procurement reports to management.
  - Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and industry regulations.

5. **Quality Control:**
  - Inspect materials and equipment upon arrival to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  - Address any discrepancies or issues with suppliers promptly.

6. **Project Support:**
  - Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand material requirements and timelines.
  - Provide support in resolving any logistical or supply chain issues that arise during project execution.

7. **Compliance and Safety:**
  - Ensure all storage and handling practices comply with safety regulations and company policies.
  - Implement and enforce safety protocols within the storage facilities.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in inventory management or supply chain roles, preferably within the renewable energy or construction industries.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and logistics management.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in storage and handling.
