  • Co-ordination and Communication:
    • Work closely with electrical engineers, civil engineers, and other team members to ensure integration of mechanical systems with other project components.
    • Communicate technical information to non-engineering stakeholders effectively.
    • Provide technical support and guidance during the installation and maintenance phases.

  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for all mechanical designs, processes, and modifications.
    • Generate and present reports on project status, design reviews, and system performance.

  • Execution & Commissioning:
    •     Planning and controlling site movement and heavy equipment movement.
    • Erection of static equipment or static parts (hub, Nacelle, tower, lattice.

·        Loading unloading of WTG material with medium capacity crane (70T,160T,220T).
·        Assembly of lattice section as per given drawing.
·        Assembly of different WTG parts on site, assembly of rotor blade.
·        Maintaining observation closer reports given by customer.
·        Maintaining LTF file, PQHC by collecting accurate data.
·        Quality inspection of WTG before or after installation as required

Qualifications:
  • Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of [5-7] years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably with experience in wind energy projects or similar renewable energy sectors.
    • Additional advantage experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
    • Knowledge of wind turbine systems, mechanical design principles, and energy production technologies.
