Job Purpose: 
The purpose of the job role will be Business Development as a part of the business expansion journey of the company
 
Principal Accountabilities (Role & responsibilities):

·     Propagate company vision & mission among customers and salespeople in the field.
·     Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers or clients.
·    Conduct market research and gather market intelligence data related to potential clients related to portfolios - Independent Power producer (IPP) & Captive Power Producer (CPP)
·     Generate leads & inquiries and approach potential customers to market the product
·     Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their requirements
·     Use technical expertise when explaining project plans and discounts.
·     Conduct regular meetings with existing customers and ensure they remain satisfied and ensure positive feedback and reference
·     Coordinate with various internal depts. for proper & timely execution of orders / PPAs
 
Qualification/Competencies:
Educational qualifications: any Graduate Preference BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Preferred Industries: Solar/Heavy Machinery industry/any other
Competencies/skills:
·        Target Oriented & Aggressive approach
·        Capability of achieve targets based on the guidelines of the company's goals.
·        Good Communication & Presentation Skills
·        Ability to build strategic and long-term relationships
·        Willing to travel across Country.
·        Candidates having experience in Renewable energy will be preferred
·        Candidates having their own vehicle (four-wheeler) will be an added advantage
·        Ability to market the brand and ensure customer satisfaction
·        Techno-commercial candidates may add an advantage
