Key Responsibilities:
    • Ensure PR, CUF, and plant availability targets are achieved.
    • Monitor central inverter performance and failure trends.
    • Ensure transformer, RMU, VCB, and pooling station reliability.
    • Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance planning.
    • Review thermography and protection testing reports.
    • Coordinate with GETCO/STU for shutdown and outage planning.
    • Monitor grid disturbance events and minimize losses.
    • Conduct root cause analysis for major breakdowns.
    • Implement reliability-centered maintenance strategies.
    • Ensure timely testing of protection relays and HT equipment.
    • Control manpower cost and optimize workforce planning.
    • Monitor auxiliary consumption and reduce wastage.
    • Ensure compliance with statutory inspections.
    • Maintain fire safety and emergency preparedness plans.
    • Monitor spares stock and critical component planning.
    • Conduct site safety audits and mock drills.
    • Review inverter warranty and AMC compliance.
    • Submit monthly technical and performance reports.
    • Improve plant efficiency through performance benchmarking.
    • Implement performance improvement initiatives across sites.
